Wordsworth Primary and Nursery school is right in the heart of our local community with 670 pupils across our 21 classes and Nursery. We are passionate about building a school that unites, with 58 different languages spoken.

HET is a large, fast-paced Trust with currently 37 academies across the South Coast. Linked to 6 community-based partnerships, there are 34 primary academies, 2 secondary and 1 hospital school.


ROLE: SEND Admin Assistant 

SCHOOL: Wordsworth Primary and Nursery School 

HOURS: 37 hours per week, term time only 

SALARY: Grade 6 Actual salary £24,750.04 - £26,666.12 

CLOSING DATE: Monday 3rd November 2025 at 12 noon 

INTERVIEW DATE: Friday 7th November 2025 

START DATE: To be confirmed 

We are seeking to recruit a SEND Admin Assistant who will play a key role in supporting the SENDCo and SLT with the efficient delivery of SEND provision across the school. This will include managing all operational and administrative processes to ensure pupils with special educational needs and disabilities receive high-quality support.
